Andrea Dayotas, MA, CAGS, LMHC, Executive Director of AdCare Hospital and AdCare Worcester Outpatient, joined AdCare Hospital as Program Manager in 2019, bringing 20-plus years of experience in behavioral healthcare settings as a clinician, educator, and leader. Andrea was promoted to Treatment Director in 2021 and named Executive Director of Inpatient Services in 2022, responsible for providing administrative oversight for Admissions, Counseling, Care Coordination, Drug Diversion program thorough the DA’s office, Vista Research program and Central Community Health Partnerships. In 2023, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In late 2023, Andrea was promoted again to Interim CEO. In February of 2024, Andrea was appointed AdCare Hospital’s Executive Director. With years of experience in strategic planning and organizational growth, Andrea will be driving the pillars of excellence that define our services at both AHW and AAC.

Dayotas earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling, as well as her CAGS, Certificate in Advanced Graduate Study, from Rhode Island College. Andrea is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Online Health Care Economics program. She is enrolled in The University of Vermont, Grossman School of Business, Women in Leadership Executive Program and is a 2024 Doctoral candidate for Northeastern University, Bouve College of Health Science, Doctor of Medical Science concentration in Healthcare Law.
