Lisa Sbrogna is the Director of Nursing at AdCare Rhode Island and brings 18 years of nursing experience to her role. She began her career in emergency medicine, where she discovered her passion for addiction nursing and caring for people affected by substance use.

Before joining AdCare RI in 2026, Lisa worked in inpatient psychiatric care. She joined AdCare as an Admissions Nurse before stepping into her current leadership role, where she helps oversee nursing care and supports the clinical team in providing safe, individualized care to patients throughout treatment.

Lisa is passionate about seeing the positive changes people make as they move from addiction toward recovery.
