About AdCare

For over 45 years, long before addiction treatment became a popular business, AdCare employees were pioneers in the field providing compassionate, high-quality care for those struggling with substance use. Each year, more than 10,000 people seek life-changing services at our Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, our Residential Program in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, and our Outpatient Programs conveniently located throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Additionally, our Criminal Justice Services (ACJS) provides a variety of programs for offenders in corrections and community settings throughout Massachusetts.

AdCare posts positions as they become available. Interested applicants can check periodically for updated listings.

No, AdCare only accepts applications for positions that are currently available.

 

I have applied for a position when will I hear back from AdCare?

All applications when received are acknowledged via an email receipt. Each application is reviewed by the hiring director. If the hiring director determines your experience is a good match for the position, someone will contact you to set up an interview.

Do you keep resumes on file?

AdCare’s system does retain resumes for up to 6 months; however, you must complete a new application each time you apply for a position.
