Lilly Cabral is a behavioral health leader and clinician with experience supporting youth, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric disorders, substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and physical and cognitive disabilities. She is passionate about person-centered care and building strong clinical teams that empower individuals to achieve meaningful, sustainable recovery.

Before stepping into her current leadership role, Lilly served in several positions at AdCare, including Placement, Counseling, Program Management, and Supervision. These roles gave her a comprehensive understanding of clinical care, patient placement, behavioral health operations, staff development, and the continuum of substance use treatment.

Lilly brings a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach to her work and is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
