Felicia Risick, Executive Director of AdCare Rhode Island, brings more than two decades of experience in behavioral healthcare. Her career includes serving as a hospital CEO and, most recently, as a Division President with responsibility for 12 facilities, approximately 1,200 beds, and 4,000 employees, with full P&L accountability. Her experience spans operations, clinical quality, growth, regulatory compliance, governmental relationships, workforce development, strategic planning, and leading complex organizations through change.
