Shaun Kelly has over 45 years of experience in the addiction treatment field and has worked at AdCare for over 24 years. As a clinician at AdCare Worcester Outpatient, Shaun specializes in early recovery treatment for individuals, groups, and families.

Upon earning his B.A. in Sociology, Shaun went on to become an alcohol counselor. He provided individual, group, and crisis intervention counseling in a variety of settings, including a general hospital, crisis detoxification unit, and halfway house.

Shaun has held various roles in the addiction treatment space, including as a Program Director, Counselor Supervisor, Admissions Manager, and Clinical Director. He also earned a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration from Framingham College.

Shaun is an active member and former President of the Community Association Serving Alcoholics (CASA), and an active member of Massachusetts Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (MAADAC). He is a recipient of both the MAADAC Counselor of the Year Award and Outstanding Service Award.
