MyCareCorner Patient Portal

Adcare Hospital has launched a new patient portal called MyCareCorner. Click here to access the Patient Portal.

Note: Patient Portal access is only available for patients that have had an inpatient hospital stay. Outpatient-only patients will not see any information.

Mobile App

Now there’s a mobile version of MyCareCorner that gives you access to your personal health records, including appointments, current medication list, allergies and more — from anywhere with internet access. You’ll get all the benefits of the MyCareCorner patient portal, with additional conveniences.

The MyCareCorner app is available from the the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Get instructions on downloading/navigating the app.
