Michael Leighton, BSN, RN is a healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical operations, team development, and patient-centered care. He has led interdisciplinary teams across hospital and community health settings, driving collaboration, improving patient experience, and achieving strong organizational outcomes—including 100% provider retention over five years.

Michael is known for strengthening communication across teams, supporting staff development, and fostering a culture of accountability and engagement. He is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and remains committed to advancing high-quality, team-based care.

A former U.S. Navy Corpsman, Michael remains active in his community through volunteer work and advocacy, including support for LGBTQ+ initiatives.
