With 15 years in the industry, Karen Davis has an exceptional amount of experience in various professional health settings. She has worked as a case manager at Newport County Community Mental Health Center and served as a medical liaison at CODAC Behavioral Healthcare. Upon completing credentialing for her LCDP licensure, Karen began work at West Bay Residential in 2018, where she developed a “back to work” program, helping clients to gain skills to seek and sustain meaningful employment.

Today, Karen provides one-on-one counseling services at our inpatient facility in North Kingstown, RI. She also facilitates evidence-based groups and works directly with families by providing sessions as requested.
