A trained master chef, he has held leadership positions in hospitals, institutional kitchens, fine dining restaurants, corporate hotels, banquet facilities, and upscale dining environments.
He has extensive experience managing high-volume dining operations, overseeing staff and menus, maintaining budgets, and ensuring quality nutrition standards. He holds a Culinary Degree from the School of Gourmet Cooking & Catering and maintains multiple certifications, including CFPP, ServSafe Manager, Allergen Awareness, CPR, Choke Safe, and Crowd Management.
