Alan’s extensive experience includes 13 years spent as an operations manager for residential and vocational programs supporting developmentally delayed adults and children, an additional 13+ years as the director of another rehab center with over 20 treatment locations, and several years operating an addiction treatment call center and overseeing operations for 12 sober living facilities. Through his experience, Alan honed his skills in managing diverse programs with a focus on improving the lives of those in need.
