Georganna “Georgie” brings over 30 years of extensive experience in healthcare marketing, advertising and branding to her role as leader of community services. Mary has over seven years of marketing experience, with a specialized focus in customer service and relationship building. Mary has worked with addiction treatment providers, residential and outpatient treatment centers, and sober living facilities before joining AdCare, and thus brings industry-specific expertise to AdCare’s clients.

Karen’s diverse experience includes positions as counselor within the correctional system at MASAC-Bridgewater, supervisor of Steppingstone Men’s Halfway House in Fall River, and marketing representative for New England treatment providers. She is co-chair of the Advisory Council for Independence Academy in Brockton, MA. She received the 2014 Community Heroes Award from the Substance Abuse Prevention Team of Weymouth, MA.

Dan has given many years of service to labor programs and to others seeking recovery from substance use disorders. As AdCare Community Services Representative, he continues to help referring professionals, families and patients seeking treatment. Dan is a past president of the Labor Assistance Professionals of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts-Rhode Island Employee Assistance Professionals Association.

Sue serves on the Board of Directors for the newly formed Substance Use Mental Health Leadership Committee in Rhode Island (SUMHLC); the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Rally for Recovery as Director of Marketing and Advertising, and as a member of the National Rally for Recovery committee, representing Rhode Island. Prior to coming to AdCare, she was Director of Community Services in the Assisted Living industry for several years.

Kate, of Worcester, MA, has nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare industry and almost three decades of experience in community and external affairs. Kate is a member of District Attorney Early’s Opioid Task force for Central MA. She also has been a teacher in the Boston Public Schools, and an Art Therapist. She is serving her sixth two-year term as a Worcester City Councilor and previously served three two-year terms on the Worcester School Committee.
