Community Services

AdCare’s Community Services Department provides specialized services to individuals and families, businesses, industries, unions, and agencies. Community Services Representatives are available throughout New England and provide services in every community.

Intervention

Family members may need the assistance of an interventionist to help their loved one in recognizing the need for treatment. AdCare Regional Community Services Representatives are available to assist you with this process.

Access to Admissions

Our Admissions Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is accessed by calling . When extra assistance is needed, a Community Services Representative can assist a referral source, such as a doctor, employer or family member, or an individual caller in their area.

Service to Referral Sources

Timely communications with referral sources and coordination of treatment and discharge planning are important to us. Community Services Representatives are available to assist referral sources with communications needs.
