All patients treated at AdCare Hospital are given a Statement of Patients’ Rights. That statement provides names and addresses a patient may use to follow up on a concern they may have regarding their treatment. Additionally, AdCare Hospital would encourage its patients and anyone else that has a care or safety concern about AdCare Hospital to contact Administration by mail or phone at:
